摘 要:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立肠炎宁片的指纹图谱,为肠炎宁片的质量控制提供科学有效的方法。采用Hypersil BDS色谱柱,甲醇-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温30℃。实验结果显示11批肠炎宁片得到的高效液相色谱指纹图谱有21个共有峰,经相似度软件计算,11批肠炎宁片指纹图谱相似度>0.95。这表明所建立的HPLC方法稳定可靠,专属性强,可有效的控制肠炎宁片的质量。The objective of this study is to develop a scientific and effective HPLC method for controlling the quality of Changyanning tablets. Hypersil BDS column was used with methanol and water as mobile phase in a gradient elution mode, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm, the temperature of the column oven was set at 30℃. 21 characteristic peaks were detected among 11 batches of samples ,the similarity of the fingerprint was greater than 0.95 according to the similarity software. The results showed that the developed HPLC method was stable and reliably with high specificity and it can be used for the quality control of Changyanning tablets.
