急进高原部队特需药品使用现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的:为建立急进高原部队特需药品配发标准提供参考依据。方法:于2012年对急进高原部队400名官兵进行问卷和访谈调查,包括基本信息、特殊环境下的身体状况以及特需药品的使用情况、效果满意度和存在的问题,并进行分析。结果:发出问卷400份,回收有效问卷337份,有效回收率为84.25%;参与访谈337人。其中,60.0%的受访者有食欲减退现象,42.5%的受访者鼻腔黏膜及唇嘴角裂开;97.6%的受访者出现皮肤干燥、脱皮,89.7%的受访者暴露部位皮肤出现红、肿、热、痛和干燥难受感;95.4%的受访者感觉唇干,5.9%的受访者嘴唇脱皮糜烂。多维元素片、高原护肤霜、高原护唇膏的使用率分别为68.8%、78.9%、85.9%,满意度分别为68.5%、58.2%、66.8%。经过访谈进一步发现,认为上述3种药品配发数量不够的比例分别达到51.9%、67.7%、27.6%,认为需要改进包装的比例分别为43.3%、43.6%、4.2%。结论:特需药品目前可基本满足急进高原部队需要,但仍需加强使用宣传,建立使用标准,改进成分和包装,并进一步开展高原病防治药物和营养制剂研究。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the standard establishment of special medicine. METHODS： In 2012, 400 servicemen who rapidly entered high altitude were investigated by questionnaire and interview. The investigation items included basic information, physical status under the special environment, and the usage, effects, satisfaction and problems of the special medicines, which were analyzed. RESULTS： 400 questionnaires were distributed and effective 337 were obtained with effective rate of 84.25% ; 337 servicemen participated in further interviews. There were 60.0% objects with anorexia phenomenon, 42.5% objects with chapped nasal mucosa and cracked lips, 97.6% objects with skin dry and flaking, 89.7% objects with heat, redness, swelling, pain and dry in their exposed skin, 95.4% objects with dry lips, and 5.9% objects with lip peeling erosion. The utilization rates of multivitamin tablet, skin cream and lip balm were 68.8%, 78.9% and 85.9%, respectively; while their satisfaction rates were 68.5%, 58.2% and 66.8%. However, interview results showed that inadequate dispensing quantity accounted for 51.9%, 67.7%, 27.6%, respectively; and 43.3%, 43.6%, 4.2% thought that the packaging should be improved. CONCLUSIONS： Basically, the provision of special medicine can generally meet the need of high altitude troops. However, the popularization of the medicine should be enhanced, the standard of delivery and use of the medicine should be established, the ingredients and packaging should be improved, and the study of nutrition preparation also should be carried out.
