摘　　要：目的:为提高医院合理用药水平提供参考。方法:统计并比较某院2011年和2012年的药品收入占业务总收入的比例(药占比)、基本药物使用比例和抗菌药物使用比例等,并对该院采取的各项措施进行分析。结果与结论:该院采取了多项奖惩措施促使临床提高了基本药物的使用比例,对药品使用进行了动态监测,并落实了处方点评制度和临床路径管理工作,使得该院2012年的药占比、基本药物和抗菌药物使用比例均较2011年得到了不同程度的改善,提高了合理用药水平。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the further improvement of rational drug use in hospital. METHODS： The proportion of drug income to business income （drug ratio）, the proportion of essential medicines and antibiotics in one hospital in 2011 and 2012 were compared statistically. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Various rewards and ptmishment measures have been ad- opted in the hospital to promote the proportion of essential medicines, set prescription cost, monitor the application of drugs dynamically, strengthen and implement prescription comment system and clinical pathway management. Compared with 2011, the data of drug ratio, the proportion of essential medicines and antibiotics have been improved in the hospital to different extent, and rational drug use is also improved in 2012.
