摘 要:以三溴苯基环氧丙基醚、四氯化硅为主要原料合成新型硅、氯、溴三元素协同高效阻燃剂硅酸四(三溴苯氧基氯丙基)酯。探讨了反应温度、时间等对产率的影响,得到最适宜的工艺条件:四氯化硅与三溴苯基环氧丙基醚物质的量比为1∶4,100℃反应10h,产率达98.3%。并采用FTIR、1H-NMR、极限氧指数等方法表征了产品的分子结构及阻燃性能等。A novel efficient flame retardants--silicate tetra( tribromophenoxy chloropropyl) ester which contains silicon, chlorine and bromine three elements was synthesized with tribromophenyl epoxy propyl ether and silicon tetrachloride as the main raw materials. The effect of reaction temperature and time on the reaction yield was discussed. The optimal conditions for preparation were selected as follows :n( silicon tetrachloride) :n( tribromuphenyl epoxy propyt ether)was 1:4, reaction time was 10h at 100℃. The percentage of the reaction yield could reach 98. 3%. The molecular structures of the product and its flame retardant properties were characterized by means of FTIR, 1H-NMR and LOI technique.
