摘  要:采用1%三氯乙酸溶液对肥料或土壤中三聚氰胺的提取,MCX固相萃取柱进行净化分离,用电导检测器-离子色谱仪进行微量---常量的三聚氰胺检测。检出限为1mg/kg,定量范围为可达2mg/kg^20%,标准添加回收率在91~105%。该方法准确、简便,测定范围宽,能适用较广泛的肥料样品中三聚氰胺的测定。The fertilizers and soils were extracted by 1% trichloroacid,and then clean-up and separation were performed on MCX SPE Column. The micro-, or macro-amounts of melamine can be determined by ion chromatography coupling with conductivity detector. The presented method showed good linear relationship( r = 0. 9999)for melamine with the range of 2mg? kg-1 - 20%, detection limit was 1 mg? kg-1. The recoveries of melamine standard added ranged from 91% to 105%. With comparison of HPLC and IC analysis,the relative standard deviation between them was less than 4%. The method is accurate, and suitable for analysis of melamine within a large scope of soils&fertilizers.
