摘 要:为解决颚式破碎机在破碎过程中物料所受破碎功分析的问题,引入了离散元方法。使用PFC3D(Particle Flow Code in 3 Dimensions)即三维颗粒流程序建立了物料的离散元模型和破碎腔模型。对物料模型进行模拟单轴压缩实验,反复调节参数,从而得到了与真实物料相符合的力学特性。物料模型在重力的作用下下落并在动颚的作用下被破碎,得到了动颚对物料做功的数据,从而绘出破碎功图。通过分析破碎功图,发现物料所受破碎功曲线随破碎周期呈阶梯形递增的规律。In order to solve the analysis on the crushing work of the material in the crushing process of the jaw crusher, a discrete element method was applied. The PFC3D (Particle Flow Code in 3 dimensions ) was applied to establish the discrete element model of the material and the crushing chamber model. A simulation uniaxial compression experiment was conducted on the material model. With the repeated adjustments of the parameters, the mechanics features met with the real material could be obtained. Under the gravity role, the material model would be dropped and would be crushed under the moving jaw function. With the data of the moving jaw work on the material, a crushing work diagram could be drawn. With the analysis on the crushing work diagram, it was found that the curve of the crushing work on the material was in a step increased law with the crushing period.
