大型国有电网企业用户情报利用类型偏好研究

摘　　要：作为资产和技术密集型企业,大型国有电网企业对于自身的情报服务体系建设能有效促进信息交互与资源融合,有助于提升企业的管理效率。而掌握企业用户情报利用类型特点,有助于洞察用户的需求特征,为改善情报服务、提高情报系统功能提供依据。本文通过对南方电网用户的问卷调查分析,发现工作任务性质、年限、职称等因素都会在一定程度上影响用户情报利用类型的选择,并对推进电网企业情报服务体系建设与发展提出几点建议。The construction of information service system in large state-owned power grid enterprises , who is an enterprise with intensive asset and technology, can effectively promote the information interaction and integration of resources, which helps to improve enterprise management efficiency. And mastering the characteristics of intelligence use type among the enterprise users, do help to learn the user＇s information needs and provide the basis for improving the information service and intelligence system function. Through the survey to Southern Power Grid users, we find that factors such as nature of work tasks, fixed number of year, the title can have certain affect to the choice of information use. Several suggestions to promote con- struction and development of information service system in power grid enterprise are proposed.
