摘 要:目的比较非采暖期和采暖期居民体内多环芳烃生物标志物的浓度。方法在太原市选取46名居民作为研究对象,分别在非采暖期和采暖期采集血液和尿液样品,测定全血中苯并(a)芘和7,8-二氢二醇苯并(a)芘-9,10-环氧化物(BPDE)DNA加合物的浓度以及尿液中1-羟基芘和3-羟基苯并(a)芘的浓度。结果居民非采暖期体内1-羟基芘、3-羟基苯并(a)芘、苯并(a)芘和BPDE-DNA加合物的浓度分别为(0.50±0.39)μmol/mol Cr、(0.000 9±0.000 8)μmol/mol Cr、(0.25±0.26)ng/ml和(15.13±6.77)个/108核苷酸;居民采暖期上述指标浓度分别为(0.93±1.24)μmol/mol Cr、(0.002 2±0.001 7)μmol/mol Cr、(0.65±0.48)ng/ml和(19.26±4.16)个/108核苷酸;采暖期体内各生物标志物浓度均高于非采暖期(P<0.05)。各种生物标志物之间仅有非采暖期3-羟基苯并(a)芘浓度与BPDE-DNA加合物浓度之间存在正相关(P<0.05)。结论本次调查居民的多环芳烃内暴露水平较高,且采暖期高于非采暖期。Objective To compare the difference of biomarkers of PAHs between non-heating and heating period. Methods A total of 46 residents were selected in Taiyuan city. The blood and urine samples were collected in non-heating and heating period. The paired t-test was used to determine the difference of biomarkers in human body between the two periods. Results In non-heating period the concentrations of 1-OHP, 3-OHBaP (urine), BaP and BPDE-DNA adducts (blood) were (0.50±0.39) μmol/mol Cr, (0.000 9±0.000 8) μmol/mol Cr, (0.25±0.26) ng/ml and (15.13±6.77) adduct/10s nucleotides respectively. In heating period the concentrations of 1-OHP, 3-OHBaP, BaP and BPDE-DNA adducts were (0.93±1.24)μmol/mol Cr, (0.002 2±0.001 7) μmol/mol Cr, (0.65±0.48) ng/ml and (19.26±4.16) adduet/10s nueleotides respectively. The concentrations of biomarkers in heating period were higher than that in non-heating period(P〈0.05). The concentrations of 3-OHBaP had a linear correlation with BPDE-DNA adducts in non-heating period (P〈0.05). Conclusion The pollution of PAHs is very serious, the biomarkers concentration in human body in heating period is significantly higher compared with non-heating period.
