摘 要:目的调查我国公共场所盆栽土中军团菌污染状况。方法于2012年在北京、南京、深圳、常州四城市的公共场所中共采集120份盆栽土样品。采用培养法对样品中军团菌进行检测,并对分离株进行血清学鉴定。结果盆栽土样品中军团菌总检出率为25.8%(31/120),分离株32株。其中L.pneumophila3株,L.feeleii5株,L.10ngbeachae2株,L,micdadei和L.bozemanii各1株,无法鉴定血清型别的共20株。军团菌浓度范围为102-105cfu/g。结论本次调查的盆栽土中存在军团菌污染,日常接触者存在感染军团病的风险。Objective To investigate the status of Legionella pollution in potting soil of public places in China. Methods A total of 120 potting soil samples were collected from Beijing, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Changzhou in 2012. Cultivation and serology methods were used for the identification of Legionella. Results Legionella was detected in 25.8% (31/120) of the potting soil samples analyzed by culture. In 32 separated strains, three were L. pneumophila, five were L. feeleii, two were L. longbeachae and one was L. micdadei, one was L. bozemanii, and the levels ranged from 102 cfu/g to l0s cfu/g. Conclusion Maybe the gardening behavior can be involved in the risk of legionellosis infection.
