摘  要:以富锂锰基材料为正极材料。以中间相碳微球为负极材料,采用叠片工艺制备了额定容量为10Ah的锂离子动力电池,主要评价了电池的充放电性能、倍率性能、常温和高温储存性能、循环性能及安全性能。实验结果表明,电池显示出较好的倍率放电性能,1c、2C、3C放电容量分别为0.5C放电容量的96.57%、94.70%、94.43%:在2.75—4.2V电压范围内。电池1C循环500次后容量保持率为100.1%;电池常温、满电搁置28天后容量保持率仍为95.3%。容量恢复率为99.O%;电池60℃满电放置7天后容量保持率为94.6%,容量恢复率为104.1%;通过针刺、短路、3C10V过充、加热等测试。结果表明电池具有良好的安全性能。10 Ah lithium ion power battery was prepared by lamination technique with Li-rich manganese based cathode material and MCMB anode materiaLAnd the charging and discharging performance, rate performance, room temperature and high temperature storage performance, cycle performance and safety performance was mainly evaluated.The results show that the battery has good rate performance, the capacity retention at 1 C/0.5 C, 2 C/0.5 C and 3 C/ 0.5 C is 96.57%,94.70% and 94.43%, respectively. The capacity retention of the battery is 100.1% at 1 C after 500 cycles between 2.75 and 4.2 V with superior cycling performance. The capacity retention and recovery of the battery are 95.3% and 99.0% after 28 days at 25 ℃, 94.6% and 104.1% after 7 days at 60 ℃, respectively. The battery shows good safety performance through the needle punching, short circuit, 3 C-10 V overcharge and heat tests.
