摘 要:研制了大容量锂离子动力电池。正极采用磷酸铁锂材料,负极采用中间相碳微球材料(MCMB),设计研制出130Ah锂离子动力电池。通过优化电池结构设计。优选正负极配方,降低了电池内阻,提高电池低温放电性能:-20℃、1C放电达到初始容量的94.2%:重点监测了不同SOC电池的长期储存性能,通过测试表明电池以30%-50%SOC进行1年长期存储。可恢复容量达到99%以上。Abstract: The research of large-format lithium-ion power battery was introduced. The battery with 130 Ah nominal capacity was designed and fabricated with olivine LiFePO4 cathode and MCMB anode. By designing the better structure of the battery and selecting the best compounding of negative and positive electrode, the inner resistance of the battery was reduced and the discharging characteristics under low temperature was improved: Get to 94.2% of nominal capacity at 1 C rate at --20 ℃. the storage characteristic at different SOC was testing. The results show the battery' s recovery capacity reaches 99% of initial capacity after storage 1year at 30%-50%SOC.
