摘 要:利用全桥型DC/DC变换结构构成可控源频率域电磁探测系统发射机稳流主电路,采用电压控制模式构成单闭环电流反馈控制系统,实现输出电流稳定。在稳流主电路交流小信号模型基础上,推导了主电路传递函数。给出了PI补偿网络的设计方法及具体参数,并推导出系统的开环传递函数,利用MATLAB对系统进行了频率特性分析。基于专用PWM控制芯片SG1525组成了单闭环稳流控制电路,通过样机实验证明发射机的输出电流稳定度达到了0.3%。stract: In this paper, full-bridge DC/DC converter was adopted to constitute the main circuit structure of the transmitter of the controlled-source frequency electromagnetic sounding system, and a single-closed-loop current feedback control system with voltage mode control was used to realize output current stabilization. On the base of the small-signal model of the main circuit, the transfer function of the main circuit with steady output current of transmitter was deduced. The method of design and specific parameters of the PI compensation network were provided and the open-loop transfer function of the system was deduced. MATLAB was used to analyze the system for its frequency characteristics. In the paper, a PWM control chip SG1525 was used to constitute single-closed-loop current control circuit, the testing result of the sampler demonstrates that the stability of output current of the transmitter has reached 0.3%.
