摘 要:阐述了交联电缆测试仪的原理并结合国内外高压电缆耐压测试的发展现状,证明了采用变频串联谐振测试方法的优越性。引入高性能控制器(DSP)实现了频率自动调节,提高了测试仪的控制精度。实验结果表明,整个系统具有操作简单、体积小、质量轻、界面友好等优点,在输出功率为6 kW的情况下,可以使电缆试品上承受的电压稳步升高到18kV,满足了18 kV以下交联聚乙烯电缆的耐压测试要求。The theory of series resonant was analyzed. Combined with the present development status on the test of high-voltage cable withstanding voltage, the superiority of series resonance was proved. The automatic frequency regulation was realized by introduction of high-performance controller (DSP), which could improve the control accuracy of the tester. The results show that the entire system has the advantages of simple operation, small size, light weight, friendly interface and so on. It can make the product of cable test voltage steadily rise to 18 kV, which satisfies XLPE cable compression test requirements below 18 kV.
