痔上黏膜环切钉合术联合高频电容场痔疮治疗技术治疗重度环状混合痔临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨治疗重度环状混合痔痔上黏膜环切钉合术（PPH）联合高频电容场痔疮治疗技术（HCPT）的手术方法.方法 2008年8月至2010年12月收治的50例行PPH手术的重度环状混合痔患者为对照组,2011年1月至2013年1月收治的50例行PPH合联HCPT手术的重度环状混合痔患者为观察组,回顾性分析两组患者的临床及术后1～6个月的随访资料.结果 两组治愈率、复发率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,并发症与有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 两种术式联合互补了单一术式的不足,减少了重度环状混合痔手术后复发率,提高了治愈率,且不增加并发症发生率,有明显手术优势.Objective To investigate the effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH） combined with high frequency capacitance field hemorrhoid treatment techniques（HCPT） on patients with severe circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Fifty severe circular mixed hemorrhoid patients treated by PPH from August 2008 to December 2010 as the control group,and 50 severe circular mixed hemorrhoid patients treated by PPH combined with HCPT from January 2011 to January 2013 as the observation group.The clinical data and followed-up data postoperative 1-6 months between the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Results The cure rate and recurrence rate between the two groups had significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）,but the differences of complications and efficiencies between the two groups had no significant difference （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusions The combination of two procedures complement the lack of single surgical procedures,and reduce the recurrence rate after surgery,improve the cure rate without increasing the incidence of complications.The combined surgery has obvious advantage.
