化瘀祛痰中药对肺心病急性期患者血浆hs-CRP和NT-proBNP的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨化瘀祛痰中药对慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心病）急性期患者血浆超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和N-末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）的影响.方法 将88例肺心病急性期患者随机分为两组,每组44例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用化瘀祛痰中药;两组共治疗14 d.治疗前后测定患者血浆hs-CRP和NT-proBNP水平.结果 两组治疗后患者平均肺动脉压力（MPAP）均有明显下降（P＜0.01）,与对照组比较,观察组治疗后MPAP下降更明显（P＜0.05）.两组在治疗后患者的血浆hs-CRP和NT-proBNP均可明显降低,并且观察组降低程度更加明显（P＜0.05）.结论 化瘀祛痰中药可以明显减轻肺心病急性期患者的炎症状态,从而改善右心功能.Objective To study the effect of stasis expectorant traditional chinese medicine on serum levels of high-sensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） and N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide （NT-proBNP） in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute period.Methods Eighty-eight patients with pulmonary heart disease in acute period were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group （44 cases） and the control group （44 cases）.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatment,while the patients in the observation group were treated with the conventional tretment and stasis expectorant traditional chinese medicine.They were all treated for 14 days.Serum hsCRP and NT-proBNP levels were detected before and after treatment.Results The mean pulmonary arterial pressure（MPAP） decreased obviously after treatment in both groups（P ＜ 0.01）.Compared with the control group,MPAP drceased more obviously after treatment in observation group （P ＜ 0.05）.Serum hs-CRP and NT-proBNP levels decreased obviously after treatment in both group,and serum hs-CRP and NT-proBNP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusions Stasis expectorant traditional chinese medicine can decrease inflammatory state of patients with pulmonary heart disease in acate period,which can improve the right heart function.
