米索前列醇合并仕泰栓用于宫腔镜下输卵管再通术临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察米索前列醇合并仕泰栓在宫腔镜下输卵管再通术时软化宫颈及镇痛效果.方法 将71例宫腔镜下输卵管再通术患者随机分为两组,观察组36例,术前1h给予米索前列醇200 μg口服,同时给予仕泰栓1枚塞入肛门;对照组35例,术前1h给予米索前列醇200 μg口服.结果 观察组宫颈充分软化29例（80.5％）,对照组27例（77.1％）,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.观察组无痛24例（66.6％）,对照组13例（37.1％）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 米索前列醇合并仕泰栓在软化宫颈同时可以明显减轻宫腔镜检查时的疼痛感.Objective To observe the effect of misoprostol combined with compound naproxen suppositories on softening cervix and analgesiain fallopian tube recanalization under hysteroscopy.Methods Seventy-one patients with fallopian tube recanalization under hysteroscopy were divided into two groups randomly,36 patients in observation group were given oral administration of 200μg misoprostol and one piece of compound naproxen suppositories inserted into the anus at one hour before operation; 35 patients in control group were given oral administration of 200μg of misoprostol at one hour before operation.Results Cervical sufficiently softened in 29 cases （80.5％） of observation group,and 27 cases （77.1％） of control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups （P ＞ 0.05）.Painless in 24 eases （66.6％） of observation group,and 13 cases （37.1％） of control group,there was significant difference between the two groups （P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusions Misoprostol combined with compound naproxen suppositories can soften the cervix,at the same time,it can significantly reduce the pain during hysteroscopy.
