摘  要:为研究反复荷载作用下钢-混组合结构PBL剪力键的疲劳性能,根据国内外钢-混组合结构中PBL剪力键构造特点,以开孔直径、钢板厚度和贯穿钢筋直径为影响参数,设计了6组24个PBL剪力键推出试验模型,进行三因素二水平的正交试验。以静载试验测得的极限承载力为标准,测试得到每组试件在不同荷载反复作用下各试件能承受的荷载循环次数,建立了残余滑移量与荷载作用次数关系曲线,确定了PBL剪力键疲劳损伤的3个阶段及与之对应的破坏形态。研究结果表明:可以用残余滑移量来描述PBL剪力键损伤的发展,并用以度量各种加载条件下的PBL剪力键的疲劳损伤和疲劳寿命。In order to investigate the fatigue performance of perfobond shear connectors in steel- concrete composite structure, according to the structure characteristics of perfobond shear connectors used in steel-concrete composite structure for different bridges, with opening of steel plate, diameter of steel bar and depth of steel plate as influence parameters, 24 push-out specimens in 6 groups were designed and orthotropic tests with 3 parameters in 2 levels were carried out. Based on the ultimate bearing capacity obtained by static push-out test, cycle numbers of different specimens suffering different loads were determined. Relation curves of cycle numbers and residual relative slip between steel and concrete were founded and fatigue damage evolution of perfobond shear connectors was divided into three stages. The results show that fatigue damage evolution of perfobond shear connectors can be described by residual relative slip, and fatigue damage and fatigue lifetime of perfobond shear connectors are determined by residual relative slip under different loads.
