摘　　要：2007—2012年我国天然气市场消费大幅提高,年均增长速率达到16.3%,2012年市场供需缺口达到397.6亿m3。页岩气资源的开发为我国天然气行业发展提供了新的机会。展望我国页岩气行业的发展方向,必须综合考虑消费市场的宏观经济、供需关系、成本竞争和环境监管等多种因素,寻找适合我国国民经济体系的平衡点。The market consumption of natural gas in China has increased sharply since 2007, up 16.3% percent annually. In 2012 the demand gap is 39.76 billion cubic meters. Shale gas exploitation provides a totally new development opportunity of natural gas industry in China. Prospected the development trends, Chinese shale gas industry should take various elements into the comprehensive consideration, such as macro-economy, relationship of supply and demand, competitive cost, superintendency environment and so on. It is important to develop shale gas industry that the balance is suitable for Chinese economy system.
