幽门螺杆菌感染相关消化性溃疡急性出血的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨并总结幽门螺杆菌引起的消化性溃疡合并急性出血患者护理方法,基于临床诊治指导性意见。方法选取2011年12月-2013年7月幽门螺杆菌引起消化性溃疡合并急性出血患者120例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各60例;对照组患者治疗后实施基础护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上实施幽门螺杆菌根除、心理、饮食等专业护理措施,对比两组患者护理结果。结果对照组和试验组所有患者均及时止血,止血率100.00%;一周以内再次出血对照组14例,再次出血率23.33%,试验组4例,再次出血率6.67%,两组再次出血率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗显效、有效、无效对照组分别占30.00%、43.33%、26.67%,总有效率达73.33%;试验组分别占40.00%、53.33%、6.67%,总有效率达93.33%;治疗效果明显优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对由于幽门螺杆菌引起的消化性溃疡合并急性出血患者,根据不同患者病情做出正确的专业护理可以有效提升患者临床治疗结局。OBJECTIVE To explore and summarize the nursing measures for the peptic ulcer complicated with acute bleeding induced by the Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infection so as to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment. METHODS Totally 120 cases of patients with peptic ulcer complicated with acute bleeding induced by the Hp infection, who were treated in the hospital from Dec 2011 to Jul 2013, were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 60 cases in each, then the control group was treated with the basic nursing, while the study group was treated with the eradication of Hp and the special nursing measures such as the psychological nursing and diet based on the treatment of the control group, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. RESULTS All the patients in the control group and the study group have stopped the blooding immediately, accounting for 100.00% ; the re-bleeding occurred in 14 （23.33%） cases of.the control group within one week and in 4 （6.67%） cases of the study group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. 30.00% of the patients were cured in the control group, 40.00% in the study group; 43.33% of the patients were effective for the treatment in the control group, 53.33% in the study group; 26.67% of the patients were invalid for the treatment in the control group, 6.67% in the study group; the total effective rate was 73.33% in the control group, 93.33% in the study group; the curative effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION To implement the professional nursing measures according to the patients; condition can effectively improve the clinical outcomes of the acute bleeding patients complicated with peptic ulcer induced by the Hp infection.
