摘　　要：目的研究两种不同的清洗方法对氧气湿化瓶消毒效果的影响,选择一种最佳的清洗流程对湿化瓶进行处理,降低医院感染率的发生。方法将病区内循环使用的640只广口耐高温的湿化瓶分成A、B两组,每组各320只;两组均采用清洗机机械清洗,A组采用直接倒置装筐后上清洗机清洗的方法,B组采用先除垢,后倒置装筐上清洗机清洗的方法,对清洗后的两组湿化瓶进行细菌学采样,比较两组清洗消毒效果。结果 60min后A组采样合格率为100.0%、B组为100.0%,两组差异无统计学意义;存放第7天后,A组湿化瓶采样合格率为50.0%、B组为98.8%,将两组第5、7天数据进行统计处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经过流程改进,即用除垢处理后的湿化瓶外观光鲜亮丽,消毒效果明显,保存期延长。OBJECTIVE To study the influence of two different cleaning methods to disinfection efficacy of humidification bottles and find the optimized cleaning procedure for handling those bottles to reduce the rate Of nosocomial infection. METHODS A total of 640 reusable wide-mouth, heat-resistant bottles were divided into group A and group B （320 bottles in each group）, both were mechanically cleaned using the cleaner. The bottles in group A were cleaned by directly placing in baskets upside down, while the bottles in group B were firstly descaled and then placed upside down on the cleaner. Bacteria sampling were performed on the bottles in the two groups after being cleaned and the efficacy of cleaning and disinfection was compared in the two groups. RESULTS The qualified rate of bacteria sampling in group A was 100% after 60 minutes; also 100% for group B, so the difference was not statistically significant in the two groups. After stored for 7 days, the qualified rate in group A was 50.0%, while it was 98.8% in group B. The data of storage for 5 days and 7 days were analyzed statistically, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION After the improvement of the procedure, namely descaling, the humidification bottles are bright and fresh as new after cleaning. The efficacy of disinfection is significant and the shelf life is prolonged.
