摘  要:目的评价ATP生物荧光检测法在牙科诊疗器械清洗效果评估中的作用,提高牙科诊疗器械清洁度。方法牙科诊疗器械经超声清洗辅助手工清洗后,随机抽取556件器械样本,包括扩大针/根管锉、球钻、车针、拔髓针、拔牙钳等,将肉眼裸视合格511件随机抽取174件进行ATP荧光检测,将整个荧光检测过程分干预前、干预后,用SPSS16.0统计软件进行分析。结果肉眼裸视合格率约为91.91%,合格率由高到低依次为拔牙钳、车针、拔髓针、扩大针/根管锉、球钻;经肉眼裸视合格后,应用ATP生物荧光检测法检测,合格标准按照厂方建议<10RLU(相对光单位)为合格,器械清洗合格率仅为52.30%,合格率由高到低依次为拔髓针、球钻、扩大针/根管锉、车针、拔牙钳,其中拔牙钳合格率最低仅为27.27%;将ATP生物荧光检测法检测器械清洁度分为两个阶段,干预前、干预后,前后对比合格率有显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后RLU值明显下降,由干预前1048RLU下降至130RLU。结论 ATP生物荧光检测法可用于检测牙科诊疗器械清洁度检测。OBJECTIVE To explore the role of ATP bioluminescence method in evaluation of cleaning effect of dental instruments so as to improve the cleanliness of the dental instruments. METHODS Totally 556 samples were randomly extracted from the dental instruments that were cleaned through the ultrasound cleaning combined with auxiliary manual cleaning, including the enlarge needle/root canal file, bur, pull marrow needles, extraction forceps, then the ATP biolumineseence method was employed to detect 174 of 511 samples that were tested qualified through visual inspection, the whole process of the ATP bioluminescence detection was divided into the preintervention group and the post-intervention group, and the statistical analysis was performed with the use of SPSS16.0 software. RESULTS The qualified rate determined by the visual inspection was 91.91%, the qualified rates of the samples, from high to low, were dentagra, bur, nerve broach, enlarge needle/root canal file, and round bur; the ATP bioluminescence method was employed after the visual inspection, with the relative light units (RLU) less than 10 as the qualification standard, the qualified rate of the cleaning of instruments was only 52.30%, and the qualified rates of the samples, from high to low, were in turn as follows: the nerve broach, round bur, enlarge needle/root canal file, bur, and dentagra, the qualified rate of the cleaning of dentagra was the lowest (27.27%). The qualified rate the post-intervention group was significantly higher than that of the preintervention group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); the RLU value of the post-intervention group was significantly reduced, decreasing from 1048 RLU to 130 RLU. CONCLUSION The ATP bioluminescence method can be used for the detection of cleanliness of the dental instruments.
