消毒供应中心去污区技术工人规范培训的方法

摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应中心去污区技术工人的规范培训方法,提高其业务知识和工作能力,预防和控制医院感染。方法制定培训计划,通过系统的讲课、带教实践、理论及技能考试、清洗质量检查、临床科室满意度调查、医院监测采样等方法对技术工人进行岗位培训及考核。结果培训后技术工人理论及操作考试成绩有显著提高(P<0.01);医疗器械清洗质量合格率、回收车及用具物体表面采样合格率、回收技术工人手采样合格率、临床科室满意度分别上升了10.5%、12.1%、13.2%、9.9%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论严格的培训管理和培训方法的多样性可提高去污区技术工人的业务知识和工作能力,保证了去污区工作质量,预防和控制医院感染。OBJECTIVE To probe the standardized training methods of technical workers in decontamination area of central sterile supply department and improve their professional knowledge and working ability so as to prevent and control nosocomial infections. METHODS The training programs were formulated, systematic teaching, theoretical and skill examination, examination of cleaning quality, satisfaction with clinical department, moniloring of sampling were performed for the position training and assessment of the technical workers. RESULTS The score of the theoretical and operation examination of the technical workers was significantly improved （P〈0.01）; the qualified rate of cleaning of the medical instruments, qualified rate of the sampling from the surfaces of recovery vehicles and apparatus, qualified rate of the sampling from the technical workers＇ hands, and satisfaction with the clinical departments increased by 10.5%, 12.1%, 13.2%, and 9.9 %, respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION The rigid management of training and the diversity of the training methods can improve the professional knowledge and working ability of the technical workers, ensure the working quality of the decontamination zone, and control the nosocomial infections.
