摘　　要：在与亲密群体的交往中,公职人员学会了贪污贿赂犯罪的态度和动机;文化目标和制度性手段之间的不相适应导致公职人员紧张情绪的产生;相对剥夺感的存在,心理不平衡加剧是贪污贿赂犯罪的心理动因;为了顺利地实施犯罪,贪污贿赂犯罪人运用了将自身行为合理化的中和技术,减轻了对其自身行为的罪恶感,瓦解了心理防线,强化了犯罪心理,从而顺利地实施犯罪。Associating with the intimate groups, public officials learn the attitude and moti- vation of crime of corruption and bribery. Misfitting between the cultural goals and system means results nervousness in public officials. It is the feeling of relative deprival and unbalanced men- tality that leads to position crime. Neutralization technique helps public officials rationalize their behavior, lighten sense of guiltiness, and make them carry out smoothly.
