摘  要:目的了解太原市城区小学生有关伤害预防和应急处理知识的现状,为进一步制定预防小学生伤害干预措施提供参考依据。方法按随机整群抽样方法,抽取太原市2所小学四、五年级学生665名进行问卷调查。结果小学生有关伤害预防和应急处理知识最高得分48分,最低18分,平均分为32.5分。女生知识平均得分(32.9±4.2)高于男生(32.0±4.7),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。五年级学生知识平均得分(33.3±4.3)高于四年级(31.7±4.5),差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。父母亲的文化程度不同,学生的知识得分差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论小学生对伤害预防和应急处理知识了解不足。应根据不同性别、年级特点开展安全知识教育。Objective To identify the unintentional injury prevention and emergency management knowledge among pupils in the urban areas of Taiyuan and to provide a basis for injury prevention and intervention. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 665 pupils from grade 4 and grade 5 through random cluster sampling method. Results The average score was32. 5,with the highest and lowest score being 48 and 18,respectively. Average score of girls( 32. 9±4. 2) was higher than that of boys'( 32. 0±4. 7)( P0. 05). Average score of students in grade 5( 33. 3±4. 3) was higher than students in grade 4( 31. 7±4. 5)( P0. 05). There was significant difference in knowledge score of students with different parental educational level( P0. 05).Conclusion There was a shortage of knowledge on prevention and emergency management in unintentional injury in pupils. Specific education and intervention should be implemented according to different genders and grades.
