民办高校大学生网络成瘾与成人依恋社会支持的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨成人依恋、社会支持对大学生网络成瘾的影响,为大学生网络成瘾的干预和矫治提供理论参考。方法在1所民办大学一至四年级大学生中随机抽样调查1 100名,采用大学生网络成瘾诊断量表筛选出100名网络成瘾大学生作为实验组,抽取性别、年级、专业均匹配的100名非网络成瘾大学生作为对照组。使用关系问卷、亲密关系体验问卷和社会支持评定量表对两组学生进行测量。结果网络成瘾组和非网络成瘾组大学生依恋类型构成差异有统计学意义。网络成瘾组大学生依恋回避和依恋焦虑维度得分均高于非网络成瘾组,社会支持得分均低于非网络成瘾组(P值均<0.01)。AMOS结构方程模型分析结果显示,依恋焦虑对网络成瘾有直接正向影响(β=0.356,P<0.01),依恋回避通过社会支持途径间接影响网络成瘾(β=0.106,P<0.01),依恋回避对社会支持有直接负向影响(β=-0.317,P<0.01),社会支持对网络成瘾有直接负向影响(β=-0.334,P<0.01)。结论成人依恋对网络成瘾有重要影响作用,其中依恋焦虑对网络成瘾产生直接影响,依恋回避通过社会支持间接影响网络成瘾。Objective To explore relationships of Internet addiction with adult attachment and social support in private college students. Methods A total of 1 100 students selected randomly from a private college were interviewed using Internet Addiction Scale For College Students,Relationship Questionnaire,Experiences In Close Relationships Scale and Social Support Rating Scale. Information on 100 students with Internet addiction（ IA） and 100 students without IA were included into analysis. Results Four attachment styles were found different in the two groups,with higher avoidant and anxious-preoccupied attachment,lower social support in IA students. The SEM showed that anxious-preoccupied attachment had direct positive effect on Internet addiction（β = 0. 356,P0. 01）,avoidant attachment had indirect effect on Internet addiction through social support（ β = 0. 106,P0. 01）.Avoidant attachment had directly negative effects on social support（β =-0. 317,P0. 01） and social support had direct negative effect on Internet addiction（β =-0. 334,P0. 01）. Conclusion Adult attachment has an important role to Internet addiction; anxiousprevccupied attachment has direct effect on Internet addiction and avoidant attatchment has indirect effect on Internet addiction.
