摘 要:目的探讨减肥运动处方对青春后期超重肥胖学生体成分和形体的影响,为制定合理的干预措施提供参考。方法筛选安徽师范大学单纯性超重肥胖且无运动禁忌症的大学生26人,使用运动强度为60%~70%的F.C.及RPE在13~15级的运动处方进行8周的干预,对干预前后的相关指标进行测定并比较。结果 8周后超重肥胖学生的肥胖相关指标:体重、BMI、体脂肪、FAT%及肥胖指数均发生明显改变(P值均<0.01);形体相关指标:胸围、腰围、臀围、上臂围、腰围身高比、臀围身高比、腰胸比、腰臀比差异均存在统计学意义(P值均<0.01);皮下脂肪层厚度:上臂、胸部、腹部、大腿差异均存在统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论实施8周减肥运动处方能有效控制体重、减少脂肪、降低BMI值,并有效改善体成分和形体。Objective The aim of the present study was to explore effects of exercise prescription on body composition and body shape among overweight and obese adolescents. Methods Subjects were overweight or obese in late period of adolescence.Intensity of functional capacity( FC) and rating of perceived exertion( RPE) was determined in the exercise prescription. The duration of exercise prescription was 8 weeks. The relevant parameters were measured before and after the excise intervention. Results Weight,BMI,body fat mass,percentage of body fat( %) in both male and female students had significantly decreased( P0. 01). Chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,arm circumference,waist-height ratio,hip-height ratio,chest-waist ratio and waist-hip ratio had significantly increased( P0. 01). Skinfold thickness in arm,chest,abdominal and thigh had significantly decreased( P0. 01). Conclusion The implementation of 8 week loss weight exercise prescription can effectively reduce weight,fat,BMI,and can optimize body composition as well.
