摘 要:为了突破长度30 mm以下的超短羊绒不能纯纺精梳制条的技术瓶颈,采用正交试验,对超短羊绒进行了基于精梳毛纺系统的纯纺制条试验,确定了梳毛工艺再造的最优配置条件:开松辊表面配置1对工作辊/剥毛辊单元、胸锡林配置2对工作辊/剥毛辊单元、大锡林配置4对工作辊/剥毛辊单元,去除莫雷尔除草辊,锡林针布齿密为61.7齿/cm2,道夫针布齿密为62.5齿/cm2,绒条出条定量为8 g/m。结果显示:在最佳条件下获得的超短羊绒精梳条纤维长度平均损伤<0.5 mm,毛粒<16个/g,达到了后道进一步纯纺精梳高支纺纱的要求。In order to make a technical breakthrough in that the pure super-short cashmere with a length less than 30 mm can be spun into worsted tops on a worsted system, the orthogonal experimental was conducted and trial spinning of the pure super-short cashmere was performed on the worsted system. The optimal carding process conditions for the pure super-short cashmere were determined as follows: a pair of working rolls/stripping rolls for opening; two pairs of working rolls/stripping rolls for breast cylinder; four pairs of working rolls/stripping rolls for big cylinder ; respectively, and Moller vegetable impurity removal was not employed. In addition, the tooth density of cylinder wire cloth and doffer wire cloth was 61.7 teeth/cm^2 and 62. 5 teeth/cm^2, respectively, and top production was 8 g/re. The results demonstrated that the average loss of fiber length of the super-short cashmere tops derived from the optimal process were less than 0.5 mm, and the number of the neps was smaller than 16 per gram, thus meeting the requirements for production of high-count yarns in the follow-up process.
