摘 要:将黄麻纤维、苎麻纤维、大麻纤维分别针刺成毡,采用驻波管法测试其吸声系数,得出黄麻是很好的吸声材料。综合考虑原料来源及成本等因素,选取黄麻纤维为研究对象,利用单因素试验,分别探索针刺深度与针刺频率对黄麻针刺毡吸声性能的影响;以针刺深度、针刺频率、步进量为影响因素,设计3因素3水平正交试验,分别得出在200—500Hz低频噪声范围内和630—2000Hz中频噪声范围内,使黄麻纤维针刺汽车内饰毡吸声系数最大时的最优工艺参数。The jute, ramie and hemp fiber were needle-punched into carpets respectively and their sound absorption efficient was tested using standing wave tube and it was found that jute is a very good sound absorbing material. Jute was selected as the research object after considering such factors as material source, cost and so on and single-factor experiment was used to explore the effect of needling depth and needling frequency on the sound-absorption properties of the jute carpet. With the needling depth, needling frequency and step size as influence factors, a three- factor and three- level orthogonal experiment was designed, and obtained was the optimal process parameters for making needle-punched carpets as automotive interiors with maximum absorption coefficient at the low frequency noise in the range of 200 -500 Hz and medium frequency noise in the range of 630 -2 000 Hz.
