摘 要:为真实描述平纹织物结构中纱线截面的几何形状,需要测量沿纱线中心线方向的压扁程度。为此,设计并织造了不同经向紧度和纬向紧度的9块中低紧度织物试样,用Keyence数码显微镜获得织物上经、纬组织点图片,非破坏性地实际测量纱线不同位置处压扁直径。利用Excel和Origin软件对测量数据的输入与处理、绘制测量位置与压扁系数的点线图,分析沿纱线中心线方向纱线截面的变化规律和不同紧度的织物中经、纬纱的压扁程度。发现纱线截面的压扁系数与组织点的中心位置距离呈高度线性相关,距离越近,压扁程度越大;中低织物紧度条件下,紧度对纱线压扁系数影响不明显。In order to describe the yarn's cross-section geometry of the woven plain fabric, it was necessary to study the flattening of the cross-sections of the yarns along their central lines. 9 kinds of samples of low and medium density fabrics with different tightness in weft and warp directions were designed and crossing point pictures of the fabrics were taken by using Keyence digital microscope. A non-destructive measurement was undertaken of diameters at different positions of flattened yarns, and the date obtained were input to the Excel and Origin software and processed. And then the graph of the measured positions and flattening factor was plotted and the change rule of yarn's cross-sections along the central line was analyzed, as well as the flattening degree of the warp or weft of fabrics with different tightness. The results indicated that a high linear correlation exists between the flattening factor of the cross- section of yarns and the distance of the central position of the crossing point. Nearer the distance, greater the flattening degree ; and in the case of low and medium density fabrics, the effect of tightness on the flattening degree is not noticeable.
