摘 要:本研究为深入了解福建省5个地方鸭品种分子水平上的遗传多样性.选取12对荧光标记的微卫星引物结合STR分型技术对连城白鸭、莆田黑鸭、金定鸭、山麻鸭和福建番鸭等5个品种的等位基因频率、有效等位基因数(M)、期望杂合度(比)、多态信息含量(PIC)、群体内近交系数(R)以及群体闻的协遗传距离进行检测。结果表明:12个座位均可有效评价5个品种的遗传多样性。5个品种的平均肌为0.3438—0.6106,PIC为O.3118—0.5516,风为-0.1033。0.1099.DA遗传距离为0.1423~0.6352。UPGMA法聚类分析显示,连城白鸭与莆田黑鸭聚为一类,后又与山麻鸭和金定鸭聚类,番鸭单独聚为一类。统计分析发现,D。遗传距离与地理距离相关性不显著(P=0.748),说明5个地方鸭品种并非按照地理距离进行聚类。The allele frequency, number of effective alleles (Ne), expected heterozygosity (He), polymorphism information contents(PIC), inbreeding coefficient in population(Fis) and genetic relationship among 5 Fujian indigenous domestic ducks (Liancheng, Putian, Shanma, Jinding and Fanya)were analyzed using selected 12 fluorescence labeling microsatellite primers which were used in STR systems to detect the genetic diversity better. The results indicated that all the 12 loci could be used efficiently in the detection of the populations. In the populations, He were 0.3438-0.6106, PIC were 0.3118-0.5516, and F~ were -0.1033-0.1099, DA genetic distances were0.1423-0.6352. The UPGMA cluster analysis showed that Liancheng and Putian clustered first, then clustered with Shanma, Jinding orderly and Fanya was clustered into a single group. Statistical analysis showed that Da genetic distance was not significantly correlated with the geographical distance among populations (P=0.748). So the 5 duck breeds were not clustered by geographical distances.
