摘 要:试验旨在研究能量、蛋白水平对育雏期绿壳蛋鸡生长性能、屠体成分和血清生化指标的影响。选用720只1 d新杨绿壳蛋鸡,随机分成6组,每组4个重复。采用2(代谢能11.51或11.93 MJ/kg)×3(粗蛋白质:17.0%、18.0%和19.0%)因子设计试验,共设计6种日粮。结果表明:能量水平对育雏期绿壳蛋鸡末期体重、平均日采食量和胫骨长度有极显著影响(P<0.01),对平均日增重影响显著(P<0.05),蛋白质水平对生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05);能量水平对育雏期绿壳蛋鸡屠体脂肪和总能影响显著(P<0.05),蛋白质水平对屠体成分无显著影响(P>0.05);能量水平对育雏期绿壳蛋鸡血清尿酸、总胆固醇和总蛋白含量均影响显著(P<0.05),蛋白质水平对血清生化指标无显著影响(P>0.05);能量和蛋白水平在生长性能、屠体成分及血清生化指标上未表现出显著的交互作用(P>0.05)。本试验中适宜的能量和蛋白质水平分别为11.93 MJ/kg和19.0%。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary energy and protein levels on growth performance, carcass composition and biochemical indices of brooding green shell hens. A total of 720 Xinyang green shell pullets aged 1 d were randomly allocated to 6 groups with 4 replicates per group. Hens were fed with one of 6 diets under different matabolizable energy (ME) levels (11.09 and 11.72 MJ/kg) and crude protein (CP) levels (17.00%, 18.00% and 19.00%). The results showed that different energy levels had a significant influence on the length of tibia (P〈0.01), final body weight (P〈0.01), average daily feed intake (ADFI)(P〈0.01) and average daily grain (ADG)(P〈0.05), while different protein levels had no significant influence on growth performance (P〉0.05); different energy levels had significant influence on general energy and ether extract of carcass (P〈0.05), while different protein levels had no significant influence on the carcass indices (P〉0.05); different energy levels had significant influence on levels of serum uric acid (UA), total cholesterol (T-CHO) and total protein (TP) (P〈0.05), while different protein levels had no significant influence on serum biochemical indices (P〉0.05); there was no significant interaction between energy and protein in growth performance, carcass composition and serum biochemical indices (P〉0.05). According to the results, the optimal dietary ME and CP of brooding green shell hens were found: ME 11.93%, CP 19.00%.
