摘　　要：以2010年反应陕西省科技资源的相关数据为样本,运用主成分分析法构建科技资源配置评价模型,通过分析科技资源配置与经济增长的相关性,说明其对经济增长的贡献,并根据分析结果提出改善陕西省科技资源配置状况及提高其对经济增长贡献的建议。Collecting Shaanxi province＇ data of the resource of science and technology in 2010 as the sample, the paper uses principal component analysis to construct an evaluation model of the resource of science and technology, analyzes the relativity between the configuration of resource of science and technology and contribution to economic growth, and explains the contribution to the economic growth. At last, on the basis of the result, the paper gives the advice, such as improving the condition of appraisement of Shaanxi province＇ configuration of resource of science, and raising the contribution to the economic growth.
