摘　　要：对以模块化生产为基础的网络状产业链整合进行理论研究;并在此基础上构建安徽省汽车产业网络状产业链模型,从产品整合、价值整合和知识整合三个方面探寻安徽省汽车产业网络状产业链整合的有效路径,为安徽汽车产业加快自主创新、优化产业结构,打造产业集群,实现跨越发展,提供理论指导和对策建议。The paper carries out theoretical studies on the network - like integration of industrial chain based on the modular production, and constructs a network - like model of industrial chain on the basis of Anhui automobile industry. From product integration, value integration and knowledge integration, the paper explores the effective path for the automotive industry network - like integration of industrial chain to speed up independent innovation, optimize the industrial structure, create industrial clusters and achieve leapfrog development, providing theoretical guidance and suggestions.
