摘　　要：阶层分化为党的群众工作提供了比以往更多的经济、政治、社会资源,但由此带来的价值观念多元化、层间利益矛盾和冲突显性化、底层认同扩大化、阶层结构发育滞后等问题,也给党的群众工作提出了挑战。中国共产党要认清阶层分化条件下群众工作的艰巨性和复杂性,通过优化阶层结构、整合利益关系、保障和改善民生、推进社会主义核心价值体系建设、创新工作方式,不断加强和改进党的群众工作。While stratum differentiation provided much more economic, political and social resources for the CPC＇s mass work, it also resulted in problems such as diversified values, intensified inter - stratum conflicts of interest, broadened underclass identity, and lagged development of the social strata structure, which are challenges facing the CPC mass work. The CPC shall clearly understand the difficulty and complexity of the mass work under the circum stance of stratum differentiation, and constantly strengthen and improve such work.
