清肺除刺方治疗肺经风热型粉刺的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清肺除刺方治疗肺经风热型粉刺的临床疗效。方法:将100例肺经风热型粉刺的患者按随机数字表的方法分为A、B两组,每组50例。A组给予清肺除刺方,B组给予丹参酮胶囊。观察皮疹的数目、类型、颜色、部位以及中医证候"心烦失眠"、"大便干结"、"口干口渴"、"皮肤灼热"的情况。将观察指标按无、轻度、中度、重度划分等级并计分。于治疗前、疗后2周、4周、6周、8周观察时点记录积分,后将数据输入Excel 2000工作表,使用SPSS 15.0软件进行数据分析。结果:在皮疹的改善作用上,A组总有效率为88%,B组总有效率为90%,两者经统计学检验无差异(P>0.05)。在中医证候的改善方面,清肺除刺方的总有效率为100%,丹参酮胶囊为36%。经统计学检验显示A组有效率明显优于B组(P<0.01)。结论:清肺除刺方治疗粉刺具有确切的临床疗效,能够有效改善皮肤损害,明显缓解粉刺所伴随的中医证候。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Qingfei Chuci Prescription in the treatment of wind heat in lung merid ian type acne. Methods：lO0 cases of wind heat in lung meridian type acne patients were divided into A, B two groups according to random number table method,50 cases in each group. Qingfei Chuci Prescription was used for group A, and Tanshinone Capsule for group B. The type, color, position and the number of skin rash and TCM syndrome such as upset and insomnia, stool stem node and dry mouth thirsty,skin burning were observed. The observation indexes were divided to the mild ,moderate, severe grading and scoring. Before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,8 weeks after treatment, the integral point was recorded. Then data was input into Excel 2000 worksheet, using SPSS 15.0 software for data analysis. Results：On the improvement of skin rash, A group total effective rate was 88%, and B group total effective rate was 90%, and there was no statistical difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. In terms of improvement of syndromes,the total effective rate of Qingfei Chuci Prescription treatment was 100% , and that of Tanshinone Cap sule was 36%. The statistical tests showed group A was superior to group B （ P 〈. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Qingfei Chuci Prescription has definite clinical effect on treating acne, can effectively improve skin lesions, and obviously relieve acne accompanied syn dromes.
