清热化瘀煎治疗急性心肌梗塞60例

摘　　要：目的:评价清热化瘀煎治疗心梗的疗效。方法:对60例急性心肌梗塞瘀热证患者随机分为两组。清热化瘀煎组30例,在常规治疗基础上口服中药汤剂清热化瘀煎;对照组30例,给予常规治疗。观察3周后的心电图疗效、心功能和患者的中医病症改善情况及总体疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90%,中医病症改善有效率93%;对照组总有效率80%,症状改善总有效率为80%。治疗4周后,两组在射血分数、左室短轴缩短分数、左室舒张末内径以及左室收缩末内径上面的差异有统计学差异。结论:清热化瘀煎可明显改善急性心肌梗塞患者的临床症状和心功能,并提高患者的生存质量。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Huayu Decoction in treating acute myocardial infarction. Meth ods ：60 cases were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with 30 patients took Qingre Huayu Decoction and the routine treatment. The control group with 30 cases was treated by the routine treatment. The effect of ECG, heart function and the improvement of TCM symptoms and the improvement of total effect were observed. Results ： In the treatment group, the total effect was 90%, and the rate the improvement of TCM symptoms was 93 %. In the control group, the total effect was 80%, and the rate the improvement of TCM symptoms was 80%. After treated for 4 weeks ,the two groups had significant statistical difference in EF, FS, LVDD and LVSD. Conclusion：Qingre Huayu Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction and can enhance the quality of life of patients.
