摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟阴育汤对女性卵泡发育不成熟者的促卵泡生长及促排卵作用。方法:121例患者被随机分成治疗组与对照组。治疗组(83例)予自拟阴育汤治疗;对照组(38例)予克罗米芬治疗,疗程3个月经周期。结果:治疗组和对照组卵泡发育不良情况改善程度比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟阴育汤能较好地促进女性卵泡发育,提高排卵质量,值得临床应用推广。Objective：To investigate the effect of Yinyu Decoction on promoting the growth of ovarian follicle and ovulation. Method121 cases were randomly divided into test group and control group. Subjects in test group （83 cases） were treated by Yinyu Decoction,while subjects in control group （38cases） treated by Keluo Mifen Capsule. Results：After three menstrual cycles treatment, the growth of ovarian follicle in test group was superior to that of control group. There was a significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The treatment of Yinyu Decoction on promoting the ovarian follicle growth and ovulation has a curative effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
