加味桂枝茯苓颗粒结合针灸治疗前列腺增生症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味桂枝茯苓颗粒联合针灸治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为两组,其中观察组给予加味桂枝茯苓颗粒配合针灸治疗;对照组给予盐酸坦洛新缓释片及针灸治疗,疗程为8周,观察两组的疗效、国际前列腺症状指数I-PSS评分、生活质量指数(QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)及膀胱残余尿量(PRV)、前列腺体积改善等指标。结果:观察组总有效率为82.86%,对照组为65.71%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);且观察组患者在减少I-PSS、改善QOL、提高Qmax和减少PRV等方面,疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组在改善患者前列腺体积方面无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:加味桂枝茯苓颗粒联合针灸治疗BPH,可以显著改善患者的症状及客观指标。Objective：To observe the curative effects of Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Pellet combined with acupuncture in treating hy perplasia of prostate. Methods ：70 cases of BPH were randomly divided into two groups, The observed group received Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Pellet, meanwhile combined with acupuncture treatment; while the control group received Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sus tained Release Tablets and acupuncture treatment, The indexes included the clinical curative effect, the international prostate symptoms score （ IPSS）, quality of life （ QOL）, maximum flow rate （Qmax） ,postvoiding residual volume （ PRV）, and prostatevolume （PV） were observed before treatment and $ weeks after treatment in two groups separately. Results：The total effective rate was 82.86% in observed group and was 65.71% in control group, indicating statistical significant difference in comparison （P 〈 0. 05 ）, In observed group, the improvements in IPSS, QOL, Qmax and PRV were remarkably superior as compared with control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, The observed group and the control group had no significant difference in the improvement of patients with prostate volume （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Jiawei Guizhi Fuling Pellet combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the subjective symptoms and objective indexes of the patients with BPH.
