药浴对CKDⅢ期阳虚型便秘患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药药浴治疗CKDⅢ期阳虚型便秘患者的疗效。方法:将60例CKDⅢ期阳虚型便秘患者随机分为药浴组和对照组,各30例。两组均行现代医学一体化治疗,对照组在此基础上给予缓泻剂治疗;药浴组给予中药药浴每日一次。结果:患者药浴治疗前后便秘临床症状评分及肾功能皆有显著改善。结论:中药药浴可有效解除CKDⅢ期阳虚型患者便秘,此外其改善肾功能的机制之一。Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese medicine bath treatment to CKD stage HI Yang deficiency constipa tion. Methods ：60 cases of CKD stage m Yang deficiency constipation patients were randomly divided into bath group and control group, 30 cases in each. Two groups were treated by modern medicine integrated treatment. The control group was given a laxative treatment based on the integrated treatment. Chinese medicine bath group was given drug bath once a day. Results ： Before and after treatment, clinical symptom score and renal function in patients with medicated bath were significantly improved. Conclusion：Chi nese medicine bath can effectively relieve constipation of patients with stage CKD Ⅲ of Yang deficiency syndrome, in addition to its mechanism of improvement in renal function.
