常用活血化瘀类中药注射剂配伍稳定性初步研究

摘　　要：目的:研究常用13种活血化瘀类中药注射剂相互之间以及与其他注射剂的配伍稳定性,为临床合理使用活血化瘀类中药注射剂提供实验数据支持。方法:将活血化瘀类中药注射剂与临床常用注射剂两两配伍,混合后室温放置3 h肉眼观察溶液的外观变化同时检测pH及其紫外吸收光谱的变化,并对明显有配伍禁忌的注射剂进行了配伍后动态观察。结果:通过配伍试验获得了活血化瘀类中药注射剂与其他针剂配伍时的稳定性变化情况,总结出存在配伍禁忌的注射剂。结论:活血化瘀类中药注射剂配伍时变化复杂,在临床应用时应注意配伍禁忌,避免引起不良反应。Objective： To explore the compatibility of 13 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections for BloodActivating and StasisResolving with other injections for providing experimental data for clinically rational use of drugs. Methods： The BloodActivating and StasisResolving medicine injections were mixed with clinical common injections. After placed at room temperature for 3 h, compatibility changes in appearance, pH, and its UV absorption spectrum were observed. Results： Through the experiments, the changes in stability of BloodActivating and StasisResolving medicine injections and other injections were observed, and the existing incompatible injec tions were summarized. Conclusion： The compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine injections for BloodActiva ting and StasisResolving changes complexly, so that incompatibility should be avoided in clinical application.
