摘  要:对以杨木为主的阔叶木生产半化学浆的化学预处理条件进行了研究。结果表明,杨木采用碱性H2O2法进行化学处理,化学药品耗用量低,对环境污染少,成浆得率高,色泽浅。适宜的化学预处理条件为:NaOH用量4%,H2O2用量5.5%,Na2SiO3用量3%,EDTA用量0.2%,液比1:4,最高温度100℃,升温时间50 min,保温时间90 min。制得的半化学浆易洗、易漂、易打浆,采用2%~3%的H2O2进行一段漂白,即可达到72%ISO的白度,且具有较好的物理性能。The chemical pretreatment for the production of aspen semi-chemical pulp was investigated. The results showed that using alkaline hydrogen peroxide to treat aspen during the chemical treatment process could decrease chemicals consumption and reduce environment pollution. The pulp had higher yield and were light-colored. The optimum cooking conditions of semi- chemical pulping were as follow: NaOH dosage 4%, H202 dosage 5.5%, Na2SiO3 dosage 3%, EDTA dosage 0.2%, liquor ratio is 1:3.5, max temperature is 100℃, retention time at max temperature 90 min, time to max temperature 50 min. The semi-chemical pulps were easy to wash, bleach, and beat. The brightness of the pulp could reach to 72%ISO by using 2%-3% of H202, and the physical properties of the pulp were fine.
