摘  要:研究干燥方式、干燥温度以及熟化方式和时间对白泥碳酸钙(LMC)加填纸AKD施胶的影响。实验结果表明,与商品轻质碳酸钙(PCC)和重质碳酸钙(GCC)相比,不同的干燥方式和干燥温度对LMC加填纸的影响较大,快速熟化的LMC加填纸的施胶度高于自然熟化,且随贮存时间的延长施胶度有所降低,存在施胶逆转的现象。通过压汞仪测定孔径分布,发现白泥碳酸钙的孔面积较大且孔径较小,这一独特的结构特性可能是导致白泥碳酸钙加填纸AKD施胶特性及其施胶逆转的关键原因。The influence of cure methods and time as well as drying conditions on AKD sizing for Lime Mud Calcium Carbonate (LMC) filled paper were studied. The results showed that among used drying types, variation trend of sizing degree for LMC filled paper was different with the drying temperature's changing. Compared with commercial Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC) and Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC), there existed sizing reversion for LMC filler paper. Automatic Mercury Porosimeter was used to measure various fillers' pore size distribution, it was found that LMC had a quantity of small pores with large pore area, this unique structural characteristic may play a significant role in AKD sizing property and sizing reversion for LMC filled paper.
