摘  要:对杨木APMP制浆废液及化学制浆黑液的物化性能进行了分析,用热重分析仪对两种固形物以不同比例混合的样品进行了热解特性研究,进一步采用Coats-Redfern法描述了热解过程,计算了固形物的热解动力学参数。研究结果表明:混合固形物有机物热解主要区域的反应级数均为2,随着样品中化学制浆黑液固形物比例的增加,活化能逐渐降低,频率因子先微幅增加随后基本稳定;通过与化学制浆黑液混合,APMP废液在碱回收过程的燃烧性能可得到改善。Physicochemical property of APMP and alkaline cooking mix effluent was studied, and solids of different ratio of them were studied via thermo-gravimetric analysis. According to the analysis of phyrolysis process by means of Coats-Redferen method and based on the calculated kinetic parameters of the solids, it is found that the reaction order of the solids are 2 at the organic phyrolysis region, with the increase of chemical pulping black liquor ratio in the solids, the activation energy of the solid decreases and frequency factor first increases slightly and then stable. The combustion properties of APMP effluent in alkali recovery process can be improved by mixing with chemical pulping black liquor.
