天门冬氨酸钾镁对高血压病胰岛素抵抗的影响

摘　　要：为探讨天门冬氨酸钾镁 (商品名为潘南金 )对高血压病胰岛素抵抗的影响 ,将 5 8例高血压病患者随机分为两组 ,潘南金组 30例 ,在非洛地平治疗基础上加用潘南金 ;非洛地平组 2 8例 ,只用非洛地平治疗。治疗前后测定血糖、血脂、血浆胰岛素等生物化学指标 ,以评价胰岛素的敏感性 ,并测定坐位右臂血压。结果表明 ,高血压病患者经天门冬氨酸钾镁治疗后 ,胰岛素敏感指数和高密度脂蛋白与低密度脂蛋白的比值较治疗前和非洛地平组显著升高 ,甘油三酯显著降低 ,并协同非洛地平降压。结果提示 ,天门冬氨酸钾镁能降低高血压病胰岛素抵抗 ,具有调节脂质代谢和协同降压的作用。Aim To investigate effects of potassium magnesium aspartate(Panangin) on insulin resistance (IR) in essential hypertention (EH). Methods Fifty-eight patients with essential hypertention were divided into two groups. Panangin group consisted of 30 patients, each taking 6 panangin and 5 mg felodipine a day. Felodipine group included 28 cases, each only taking felodipine for 3 months. Serum glucose (SG), insulin (INS), insulin sensitive index (ISI) and other metabolic parameters were determined. Results ISI and HDLC/LDLC in Panangin group were significantly elevated after treatment respectively comparing with before treatment and Felodipine group, and triglyceride (TG) were reduced. Conclusion Panangin might reduce IR and adjest lipidemic metabolism in EH.
