内蒙古经济发展与环境污染关系的实证分析

摘　　要：对内蒙古近年来经济发展与环境破坏的变化特点以及利用2002—2012年间有关经济与环境相关数据,采用计量模型对内蒙古经济发展与环境污染关系进行研究,分析得出,内蒙古人均GDP与环境主要污染物排放量之间呈"N"型变化规律,并在此基础上,提出实现内蒙古经济发展与环境保护双赢的对策建议。This article analyzes the change characteristics of the economic development and the damage to the envi- ronment of the Inner Mongolia in recent years and uses relevant economic and environmental related data from 200212012, using the measurement model of Inner Mongolia economic development and environmental pollution relationship. The results show that Inner Mongolia per capita GDP and environmental pollutants are mainly between the ＂N＂ type change rule, and based on this, the paper put forward win-win countermeasures of achieving Inner Mongolia economic development and environment protection.
