摘　　要：HTVIC人力资本是边际报酬递增的异质性资本,根据递增途径不同分为5种类型,为更好实现其价值增值,在分析HTVIC人力资本投资的关键问题的基础上,对卢卡斯模型进行改进,建立HTVIC人力资本投资决策模型,重点对不同类型的HTVIC人力资本的最佳投资量进行决策,并给出策略建议。本研究有利于促进HTVIC人力资本投资,对实现HTVIC人力资本的价值及促进HTVIC的可持续发展,具有重要的理论和实践意义。Human capital of HTVIC is heterogeneous capital which ischaracterized by increasing marginal returns, and divided into five types in accordance with different incremental approaches. To ensure better effects of appreci- ation, after analyzing the key problems of human capital investment in HTVIC, Lucas model is improved in some way and human capital investment decision model in HTVIC is established, which focus on the optimal investment of different kinds of HTVIC＇ s human capital, and then tactics and suggestions are provied. The paper is of great theoretical and practical significance for human capital investment promotion in HTVIC, and it is beneficial to value optimization and sustainable development of HTVIC.
