摘 要:连续3d给小鼠腹腔注射淀粉液,诱导并激活巨噬细胞,使用鱼红细胞为吞噬物,替代细胞实验教材所用的鸡红细胞、羊红细胞,探索和改进实验方法,以便更清晰、有效地观察小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对外来异物的吞噬作用。取鼠腹腔液制备涂片并固定,用Giemsa染色法进行染色,显微观察巨噬细胞对鱼红细胞的吞噬作用。结果显示,采用鱼红细胞作为吞噬物,细胞染色清晰,吞噬结果明显,可清晰显示大量吞噬鱼红细胞的巨噬细胞,吞噬百分率高,便于实验观察和计数,有助于学生对巨噬细胞吞噬作用的理解和掌握。To improve experimental methods in the phagocytosis of phagocytes,mice were injected with fish red blood cell three times in three consecutive days, instead of chicken or sheep red blood cell. Then the celiac liq uid was smeared and fixed on the slides, which were stained with Giemsa staining to observe the results with the microscope. The result showed that using fish red blood as foreign materials, the morphological structure of phagocytes,cell nucleus,plasma and phagocytosed foreign matter could be distinguished more quickly,clear and ef fectively. Clear morphological structure and obvious eolour characteristics can be observed. This method is useful for students fully understanding the phagocytosis.
