摘　　要：目的:了解中医药专业大学生人文素质现状,提高学生的综合素质。方法:采取结构式访谈法对南京某中医药大学在校4个专业的480名本科生进行人文素质状况的调查。结果:中医药专业大学生对人文素养有较高的认知水平,对于提高自身人文素养有多重需求。结论:应该通过政策支持、人文素质教育与专业素质教育的渗透、营造适应学生成长的校园人文氛围、建设高素质的全员育人队伍等方面加强中医药专业大学生人文素养的培育。Objective ： To learn about the status quo of humanistic quality of university students majoring in TCM and improve the students comprehensive quality. Methods ： A survey is conducted among 480 students of 6 naajors at Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. Results ： Students majoring in TCM have a comparatively high cognitive level of humanistic quality and multiple demands and approaches to improve their humanistic quality. Conclusion： The cultivation of humanistic quality of students majoring in TCM should be strengthened from such aspects as policy support, permeation of humanistic quality education and professional quality education, creation of humanistic campus atmosphere fit for the students＇growth, and establishment of high- quality education personnel and team, etc.
