心脑血管疾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸检查与血脂检查对比研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨心脑血管疾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸（Homocysteine,Hcy）检查与血脂检查情况.方法：回顾性分析2007年8月~2012年8月收治的100例心脑血管疾病患者的临床资料,将其作为观察组,另外选择同期接受健康体检的人员100例作为对照组.对观察组治疗前与治疗后2周后血清同型半胱氨酸与血脂变化之间的关系进行分析与探讨.结果：对照组与观察组治疗前血清Hcy水平比较,差异具有显著的统计学意义（P＜0.01）;对照组与观察组治疗后血清Hcy水平比较,差异不具统计学意义（P＞0.05）;观察组治疗前后Hcy差异具有显著的统计学意义（P＜0.01）;对照组与观察组血脂（TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C）之间的差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,观察组治疗前后血脂变化无统计学差异（P＞0.05）.结论：由上述结果表明,心脑血管在其发病早期,患者血清Hcy水平明显升高,经治疗之后则下降至正常水平,但是心脑血管疾病患者与健康体检者血脂水平无统计学差异,表明Hcy对心脑血管的诊断具有重要的指导意义与临床价值,且能够作为心脑血管事件的一个预警因子.Objective To investigate the serum homooysteine and lipids situation of patients with cardiovascular and eerebrovsseular disease. Method We retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 100 eases of patients with cardiovascular disease who stayed in our hospital from August 2007 to August 2012,and took them as the observation group. 100 eases of staff who underwent a health examination in the same period in our hospital as a control group,tbe relationship between serum homoeysteine and lipid ehangos before treatment and after treatment for 2 weeks of the observation group were analyzed and discussed. Results Serum Hey levels in the control group and the observa- tion group before treatment had significant differences （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Serum Hey levels in the oontrol group and the observation group aider treatment, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; before and after treatment, the difference of Hey was statistically signlf- leant （P〈0. 01） ;lipids （TC,TG,HDL- C,LDL- C） of the control group and the observation group had slgnifieant differeneos （P 〉 0. 05 ） ,lipid changes before and after treatment, the observation group was no siguifieant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Those results indicate that serum Hey levels can rise obviously in the early onset of cardiovascular and eerebrovascular,but soon dropped to normal levels after treatment, but lipid levels of cardiovascular disease patients and healthy subjects have no significant differences, suggosting that Hey has important guiding significance and clinical value in cardiovascular and eerebrovaseular dlagnosis,and can be used as an early warning factor for cardiovascular and eerebrovascular events.
