康惠尔透明贴用于吡拉西坦输注诱发疼痛的临床护理

摘　　要：目的:研究康惠尔透明贴对缓解吡拉西坦输液诱发刺激性疼痛的效果。方法:将160例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组采用常规输液法,观察组在常规方法基础上加用康惠尔透明贴。每位患者对疼痛程度采用文字描述评分法(Verbal descriptors scale,VDS)。结果:两组患者的年龄、性别比例、输液速度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但观察组患者刺激性疼痛显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康惠尔透明贴能有效减轻吡拉西坦诱发的刺激性疼痛。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Comfeel transparent dressing in alleviating the pain induced by Piracetam. Method 160 patients were randomly assigned into observation group and control group,80 patients for each group respectively. The control group was taken routine measurements in transfusion, while the observation group was used with comfeel transparent stickers in addition to routine measurements. The degree of pain was described with verbal descriptors scale （VDS）. Results The age, constitution of sex and the speed of transfusion were not significantly different between two greups（P 〉0. 05）. The degree of irritative pain was significantly alleviated in obser- vation group compared with control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Comfeel transparent dressing is able to alleviate the irritative pain caused by Piracetam.
